Personal data notice
How Dispatch411 collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
Who processes your data
The operator of your personal data is . Questions and requests: privacy@dispatch-411.com.
What we collect
- Phone number and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Your verified identity from MyID: full name, date of birth, the last 4 digits of your PINFL, a one-way code made from the full PINFL so one person cannot open two accounts, and MyID's reference number.
- Your work history: companies, nicknames, positions, dates and how each job ended.
- Reports, replies, reviews and the evidence files attached to them.
- Your Telegram chat number, if you connect Telegram.
What we do not keep
We never store your face image, face template or passport scan. The face scan happens on MyID's side (UZINFOCOM), which compares it with the State Personalization Center record and sends us only the result. An owner's ID document uploaded for a manual check is deleted as soon as the administrator decides.
Why we use it
- To confirm you are a real person and keep one account per person.
- To show companies you are linked to, and verified owners and managers who check you by your ID, your confirmed work history and record.
- To review reports fairly: the person always sees a report first and can reply before a moderator decides.
- To send you notifications on the site and in Telegram.
Where it is stored
On servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties except MyID (for identity checks) and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. Unpublished report drafts and rejected evidence are deleted within 90 days. When you close your account we delete your profile; reports already published stay, linked only to your Dispatch411 ID, where the law allows.
Your rights
You can see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, and ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@dispatch-411.com. Withdrawing consent ends your verification on the platform.
